Archi Makeovers is a unisex beauty salon and academy on Birhana Road, Kanpur — a space of warm brick, caramel leather and gold-arched mirrors, built around one idea: beauty deserves both skill and soul.
What started as one artist's passion for makeup has grown into a full salon family — hair artists, skin specialists and nail designers who share the same obsession with detail. And through The Academy, that craft is now passed on to the next generation of artists.
We remain, at heart, a neighbourhood salon: a place where regulars are greeted by name, where grooms feel as welcome as brides, and where every mirror is an invitation to see yourself a little more kindly.

The artist behind the mirror
Archi Mehrotra is the founder and creative heart of Archi Makeovers. A professional makeup artist and educator, she has spent years perfecting bridal and occasion artistry — travelling with her kit across Kanpur, Delhi, Prayagraj and Lucknow for weddings, shoots and brand collaborations.
Her work blends classic Indian bridal grandeur with a modern, skin-first finish: bases that feel weightless, eyes that photograph beautifully, and looks that last from the baraat to the last dance.
As an educator, Archi mentors aspiring artists at The Academy, teaching not just technique but the discipline and empathy the craft demands.

Where artists are made
The Academy at Archi Makeovers trains the next generation of makeup artists, nail designers and hairstylists. Courses are taught hands-on by Archi Mehrotra in small batches, with real models, portfolio shoots and certification — and honest mentorship long after the course ends.
